Hi there and Welcome to my page! Here's some info about me...

Originally from Colorado, my family moved to Lake Arrowhead and I spent my early years growing up on the mountain. I graduated from Rim of the World High School and wouldn't plan on moving anywhere else, a true mountain girl at heart! I've lived all over the mountain from Crestline, to Lake Arrowhead, even up to Running Springs. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors doing activities such as snowboarding, exploring our mountain, traveling with my family, and kicking back at the lake.

Before Real Estate I was a manager at G.H. Bass in the Lake Arrowhead Village. Working a job where Customer Service was my main priority, I learned that I wanted a career working with people and Real Estate was something I've always wanted to do. My favorite part of what I do is getting to help other families move to a place I keep so dear to my heart.

Brianna was a pleasure to work with. She made the home shopping process easy for me. I lived down the mountain, so whenever I found a property of interest, she'd visit the property first, take videos and let me know her thoughts before I'd drive up the mountain to see it in person. A few years back we used Brianna to help us find and purchase a piece of land on the mtn. It was such a great experience we asked for her again when we decided to sell a few months ago. She was very knowledgeable when it came to discussing price. She balanced what we wanted with what was realistic when helping us decide on a listing. When we finally found a buyer she was aggressive in negotiations and we came out much happier than we expected. Call her....you won't be disappointed!?

Brianna is great! My husband and I bought our first house with her in 2018 and she helped us sell it now in 2023. Both times she did a wonderful job. I Would highly recommend Brianna Anthony. I just closed escrow on several lots in Crestline that I owned with my brothers and she was amazing throughout the transaction. She always kept us informed regarding all the parties/on track. We also ended up closing early because she stayed on top of everything. Not to mention she is the nicest and most professional agent I have had the pleasure of working with. Buying or selling is always stressful and you need a professional to keep on task but do it in a way that keeps you at ease.

We were a couple of young first-time home buyers without the faintest idea of how to go about the process of purchasing a home. We had decided we wanted to move to Crestline, CA after visiting a couple of times; falling in love with the fresh air, great views and cute small town feel. We talked to a few different realtors, but after talking to Brianna it immediately became obvious to us that she would be the one to help us find our home. She was born, raised and still lives on the mountain. She was more than empathetic to our first-time home buyer anxieties and was incredibly accommodating to our extra needs and questions. She literally walked us through the entire process step by step and still sends us messages chock full of advice when it comes to dealing with the weather, contractors and good restaurant recommendations. Any house we wanted to see, we saw. Any question we had, she answered thoroughly. We must’ve seen 30+ houses over the course of two months. We were never rushed, given cookie cutter answers or unable to view a home when we wanted to. If something about a house seemed off, she would point it out to us, and would even give us rough estimates for repairs based on her own expertise. The input that she so willingly and thoughtfully gave, weighed heavily in our decision making. It felt clear from the get go that Brianna was on our team. The best way to describe the whole process of purchasing our first home from beginning to end would be… painless. Painless, because of the perfect sensibilities Brianna had as a realtor, communicator and human being. We ended up getting the home of our dreams and we have Brianna to thank for that. We couldn’t recommend her more! There’s really no one else you should call if you’re looking for a home in the San Bernardino Mountains.
