I have been a Real Estate Professional at Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty for over 9 years and have been a resident of Lake Arrowhead for over 10 years. I specialize in luxury properties around the lake and country club communities. I am the principal of The Maria Hardin-Carter Group which is currently one of the top producing teams at Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty. My long time Assistant Andrea Shoopman’s primary focus is advertising coordination. I am now affiliated with the Albers Group in La Quinta to expand my mountain properties exposure to the Desert Communities.

My husband Wayne Carter and his family have owned and operate Country Furniture for over 20 years. Country Furniture is the largest furniture store serving the entire San Bernardino Mountains. We work together to provide services from purchasing your new home to furnishing your new home. We provide staging furniture for our clients listings.

 
I have served as a Board of Directors of Lake Arrowhead Country Club and have served as a Committee Chair on various committees in Lake Arrowhead.  I am actively participating in Mountain Charities and various networking groups.

In an extremely challenging market I have expanded my business in a time when others are struggling.
