First and foremost, I am a full-time REALTOR in Big Bear...and until this year I served on the board of directors of the Big Bear Association of REALTORS as the Treasurer/Board Officer 2008-2016 as well as past member of the Professional Standards committee.  I was licensed in California real estate in 2003.

I am certified by the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). I am also certified by NAR as e-PRO (Certified Internet Professional). You might ask what makes me different from the other 250 REALTORS in the Big Bear Valley...For one thing, I have been involved with Internet commerce almost since it's inception in the early 1990's (please, no Al Gore jokes). After we find the right property for you, I will help with all aspects of the transaction, including negotiating the best possible terms and conditions for you.  I promise to do everything that is legal and ethical to make your home buying or selling experience as painless, profitable, and enjoyable as possible.

My background consists of 35 years of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing in the High Tech marketplace... from Product marketing to Corporate marketing to Sales Channel development to the Board of Directors for several corporations, as well as several years with The Santa Ana Police Department. This background gives me the experience of working through large and small problems, keeping the Client happy, and creating a win-win situation for all concerned... It also gives me the guts to say "no" to terms that aren't in my client's best interest.
