My husband and I chose to move to Lake Arrowhead, because we truly believe life is better in the mountains. The air is better, the pace of life is slower, one gets to enjoy four seasons and the cost of living is so much more affordable. We had a great experience with Simone. She was knowledgeable about buying in the mountains and had good contacts with inspectors, contractors and lenders. She was willing to let us into the house to check on things and was very accommodating. Simone was easy to communicate with and met all our needs. We would definitely would buy and or sell with her again!

Trying to buy a house in California while still living in Texas would normally be a very stressful experience but Simone made it so easy. She's professional, efficient, quick to answer all questions and so pleasant to work with. Because of her expertise, we were able to close escrow in just two weeks! She's truly the best and I highly recommend her!
