BOB AND PATSY BAILEY

It seems we always start a description of who we are by bragging about our two great grandchildren, nine grandchildren, the primary reason we had seven children. Five of our children live in Southern California and two live in the Sacramento area. We have been in California since 1972, having lived in Redondo Beach and then Palos Verdes Estates before we came to Lake Arrowhead full time in 1989.

       

  Bob's avocation is writing about marketing and economics in real estate. He has written Arrowhead Trends for the newspaper and direct mail for 20 years. In 1994 he created and continues to write, chart and analyze to his heart content on this web site.

Patsy was born in Dallas and Bob in Chicago. Patsy worked in the Dallas Community College School Administration for many years. She has been a member of Soroptimists here in Lake Arrowhead and the Arrowhead Arts Association.

               

Bob spent a good part of his life as a sales and marketing consultant, has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a behavioral science diploma from USC. He has been President of the Sunrise Rotary, member of Arrowhead Arts Assn, Chamber of Commerce and other community services. Bob was a consultant to the real estate industry from coast to coast in the early 1970s, Publisher of 96 MLS listing service books (before the web) including Lake Arrowhead fly sheets.

               

For fun we kayak, garden, remodel homes, read, travel and baby-sit our grandchildren, though most are getting too old for that. We have attended and been members of Church of the Woods since 1984, each holding Deacon positions for many years. Bob continues with a COW men’s group every Saturday morning and Patsy is active in Women’s ministry. 

               

Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty has been a large part of our life since 1989. Bob is a Broker Associate, Patsy an Agent, both having listed or sold nearly 1,000 homes in Lake Arrowhead. Patsy specializing in vacation home buyers. In this small mountain  community – a mile closer to heaven - we have the pleasure to work with such fine folks here at CBSRR that we call them friends and they feel like family. This is about our lifestyle rather that seeking applause so we won’t list the many awards we have been given by CBSRR, but we’re very proud of our work and the great team we are part of.
