When she first listed the property my husband had her price it since we had no knowlege of what our house was worth. She had brokers open house and the feed back was if it was lower it would sell fast. I looked o Zillow and saw they were right. I called her to lower the price from 599,000 to 565,000 thinking that would generate some interest. She called us to ask for another price reduction about a month later. One of the two or three times she called. We did a price deduction to 545,000 it took. About two or three weeks and we had a low ball offer, I believe because of two price deductions. That we negotiated to 535,000. With some give on the commission. Very unprofessional. I felt we shoul of been contacted weekly with her going to the house to collect cards and follow up with showings. Also to call us weekly to keep us updated. I don’t believe that happened be cause our house keeper called us with a tolit problem that she would have noticed if she had been by the house
