Welcome and Hello
My name is Erin Linden. Let me introduce myself, I was born and raised in beautiful Lake Arrowhead. I am a mother of three beautiful children and wife to an extraordinary man. My family Owns and Operates the Best Salon and Spa on the Mountain for over 38 years. My first profession and still to this day is Esthetician-Skin Care Specialist. I also manage and maintain the Salon and Spa part time. In January 2018 I decided to pursue another passion of mine in Real Estate. In July 2018 I received my license and started at Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty in September 2018. Since then my experience and drive has blossomed, every transaction has taught me something useful. To this day I strive to be the best in anything that I do, I am a hardworking woman who Homeschool's three terrific children, works part time as a Esthetician and Manager at our Salon & Spa and is a part time Real Estate Agent helping Buyers and Sellers from all walks of life. I am trusting, hard working, knowledgeable, organized, outgoing and incredibly kind. My goals are nothing but success for all. My favorite saying (If it is meant to be i will make it Happen). Erin was terrific at a time when the market was less than robust on the mountain. She was marketing the home well, with multiple open houses and tours. She helped a lot with sourcing some handyman work that needed to be done, and when the offer was submitted, she was diligent & helpful every step of the way in guiding us through the process.

Erin is an amazing agent, highly recommend her. She’s eager and excited to help. She’s also kind hearted and willing to answer my million questions. She made buying our home fun and the process easy with her life long experience of the mountain life and her knowledge of the perfection. We purchased the perfect house after months of her not only showing me all the places I wanted as well as seeing multiple homes she suggested.
