I have been a Real Estate Professional at Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty for over six years and have been a resident of Lake Arrowhead for over 10 years. I specialize in luxury properties around the lake and country club communities. I am the principal of The Maria Hardin Group which is currently one of the top producing teams at Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty. My Associate Paula Crate has a strong background in marketing, mortgage and customer service. Her expertise brings an added level of service to my business. My long time Assistant Andrea Shoopman’s primary focus is advertising coordination. I am now affiliated with the Albers Group in La Quinta to expand my mountain properties exposure to the Desert Communities.

 
I have served as a Board of Directors of Lake Arrowhead Country Club and have served as a Committee Chair on various committees in Lake Arrowhead.  I am actively participating in Mountain Charities and various networking groups.

In an extremely challenging market I have expanded my business in a time when others are struggling, 2010 was my best year in real estate.  I am extremely excited about the prospects of 2011.
