If you are looking for someone with knowledge and experience, you have come to the right place!
I have been working in the real estate business on the mountain since 1988 and can give you the tools you need to make the right decisions.
Lake Arrowhead has been my full time home since 1980, and have spent vacation time here since 1968. I graduated from Rim of the World High School in 1983 and began raising my family here in 1988. It is the perfect place to call home. We are 1 1/2 hours to the beach or desert. It is a short 45 minute drive to Ontario International Airport and we are surrounded by world class medical treatment such as Loma Linda University Medical Center. We enjoy the perfect mix of mountain seclusion and small town life, with all of the convenience of being close to every modern convenience. This is a safe, quiet, insulated community for vacation or full-time living.
I can help you with any and all of your real estate needs and answer any questions you may have on our beautiful mountain community. If I don't know the answer, I will find someone who does! I am your "Go to Realtor" for all of your buying or selling needs. Check out my website www.arrowheadprofessionalpartners.com. Please give me a call or email me Today!

Your dreams come true!
I could not ask for better. 100% professional. Quick response to all questions, concerns, and issues. Michelle has a heart and she proved it by having understanding and compassion when personal issues happened during escrow. Perfect balance of agent and real person.
Great experience working with Michelle. Very thorough and knowledgeable of the local real estate market. Made the whole house buying experience a breeze.
Michelle found our cabin 5 years ago, at the right price. We had been looking at arrowhead with an off-the-mountain agent. ...don't ever do that. One Sunday we called the listing agent on a house we wanted to see (our agent was off-mountain). The listing agent was Michelle. She showed up and showed us the house within 20 minutes. We didn't buy that house, but she soon was our agent and found us the right cabin. Her mountain knowledge is unmatched. Last year, I told her I was looking for a dock (an exercise in patience). It was a tall order as we wanted a single slip close to the house. She found a house for sale that was coupled with a dock, but he prospective buyers didn't want the dock. Sellers wouldn't sell house alone. Problem was solved for all parties. She found us a dock we would have never found on our own. The dock never even hit the open market.
